“Pre-release, pre-production samples given as gifts to Nike Executives for evaluation. So special, that each shoe comes with its own custom box. These are in unbelievable condition. Never worn and made by hand with fine Italian leather as soft and subtle as the day they were made with no yellowing or cracking. Soles have the unavoidable cracks due to the natural aging process but are not falling apart and are still solid. The craftsmanship is second to none, with extra fine stitching and only the finest materials used throughout. The true Jordan connoisseur will appreciate the unique details, shape, engineering and quality construction of this original classic, as the original mold and designs for these were lost after the departure of the original designer from Nike. The last signature shoe to include the wings logo and the first to drop the swoosh and break the $100 barrier, this design set the precedent for what was to come.

Packaged in anti-static bags for protection of these treasures. Insoles are some kind of high-tech (even for its time), super contoured special inserts, but are original. There are no tags on these of any kind. The Vault has never seen anything like this before, especially in this incredible original condition.
